What areas do you cover?
We are based in London and plan events across Greater London, the wider United Kingdom, Europe and destination venues worldwide.
How much does event planning cost?
Planning and design fees are bespoke. Birthdays and private parties typically start from around £3,200, and full wedding planning from around £6,000. Every proposal is itemised so you always know what you are paying for.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. Your first consultation is complimentary. Book a time through Start Your Journey and we will discuss your date, guest numbers, venue and vision.
How far in advance should we book?
Twelve to eighteen months for a peak-season London wedding, three to six months for a large birthday or corporate event. Shorter timelines are often possible — just ask.
Do you plan Latin American and Venezuelan events?
Yes. We are a Spanish and English speaking team with deep experience in Venezuelan, Colombian and wider Latin American weddings, quinceañeras and family celebrations.
Can you work with our chosen venue and suppliers?
Of course. We work alongside your existing venue and suppliers, and can introduce trusted London partners wherever a gap needs filling.
Do you offer decoration only?
Yes. Standalone event decoration in London — stage design, florals, balloon architecture, lighting and tablescapes — is available for clients who already have coordination in place.
Will you be there on the day?
Always. A senior planner from our team leads your event on the day, manages every supplier and runs the timeline from set-up to clear-down.
How do payments work?
A booking retainer secures your date, with staged payments across the planning timeline. Everything is set out in a clear written agreement before you commit.
What happens if we need to change the date?
We work with you and your suppliers to move dates wherever contracts allow, and we will always tell you honestly what is recoverable.
